Zero config start

One should be able to start the datapod with a simple docker compose up. This is not the case yet because it is missing:

• a trusted peer list (ipns of dd_root for instance)
• a complete bootstrap process (keys creation and root nodes publication)
• get the full data in a reasonable amount of time
