Network: in expert mode, display time offset

During a fork, it is important to know the time offset (time difference) between two branches, because the merge occurs when a branch has +6 blocks and +30 minutes of advance compared to others.

We know that Cesium has a definition for the main branch, which is green colored, while forks are in orange:

A very cool feature would be to display the time offset of a fork compared to main branch. For example:

  • -5'
  • -17'
  • -35'

These numbers would be present only on forks, and would mean that the fork is "x minutes late" compared to green branch.
