Wallet > Allow to select identities when many self (or memberships) on the same pubkey

A user has 5 certifications on a valid self, but this self could not be selected by user, because there is no associated membership for this self.

When many self found, wellet-service apply a sort, in witch self WITH membership are always selected first.

User need to select the self he want to use.
