[fix] Unable to send message from secondary wallet

The Json message has a bad value for the issuer field (pubkey from the main wallet, and NOT from the secondary wallet). So the Cesium+ pod refuse the message.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
