Cesium 1.5.3 does not launch on Android 4.4.4

On launch, Cesium only shows a (not spinning) top, and does not launch.

The (not) spinning top is dots on a white page, not the usual blue circle.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

Yes, I experimented it while testing 1.5.3. I just triple-checked.
