Allow setting custom endpoints

Currently going to settings lets change endpoints (rpc and squid) within a restricted list in a popover with broken navigation.

It would be convenient for dev purpose to be able to enter an endpoint manually (like ws://localhost:9944 or http://localhost:8080).
