Add seedhex (in hexadecimal format) authentication

Or at least a helpers to convert from seedhex to seed and inversely.

Can you explain a bit more where do you need the seed in hexa string ?

Silkaj is storing in the authfile using the seedhex format with generate_auth_file command.

Silkaj is also reading seedhex from --auth-seed.

I want to keep this feature.

I have something working. I may publish when ready.
