Open default account on startup

Would it be possible to define a default account and open it when launching cutecoin ?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

I think it should be better also to propose "open account" instead of "change account" it is not obvious to understand "change account" when you have no account at all...
