UID missing in certifiers table

In the database, the certifiers table use the public key to find the identity in the identities table.

But if the identity is missing, the UID is empty.

Click on refresh doesn't refresh UID.

Identities are initialized only on a connection creation, not on launching the app or clicking on refresh :
