PoW Π difficulty computation issue?

Minimal Proof-of-Work: 78 to match `0000[0-1]*`
### Difficulty to generate next block n°55053 for 13/13 nodes:

Why is Π diffi identical whereas match isn't?

Yep, there must be a bug on PoW computation.
