(0.7) tx: Transaction document generation broken

While making a transaction with the -y or --yes option activated, the tx can't be send (?).

When the option -y or --yes is not activated, the prompt asks for confirmation ~~adn processes the tx~~.

edit- same issue while answering "yes" to the prompt "Do you confirm sending this transaction? [yes/no]: yes", bug-tx-yes-2.txt

Silkaj installed on Debian 9, in a virtual environment "pipenv" with Python3.7
