Disable the 'net' command for the v0.8.0 release

It is completely buggy on Ğ1 currency, it somehow works on Ğ1-test.
To be reimplemented in a future release with WS2P: #229 (closed)
Move the code to a dedicated file and comment it

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
