SVG logo

That would be great if someone could draw Silkaj logo in the SVG format.

• Add to the repository with @MrNem and @manutopik as the author of two commits
• Add AGPLv3 license in the SVG
• Add to the website: the SVG logo does not have a white background and can’t be seen on the black background of the website.
