Refactor pip install documentation: remove Windows part

The documentation is a bit awkward if you just want to install on Unix systems.

You have to avoid all the Windows parts and could miss important parts for Unix.

Get rid of Windows part until the follow up is fixed:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
