• Add support for Python v3.11 (duniterpy#194 - closed)
• Set up v3.11 test job
• Move coverage to v3.11
• Switch Silkaj container to v3.11
• Set default container to v3.11
• Handle deprecation warning and breaking features
• Open follow-up v3.12 ticket: #448 (closed)
