Command line client for Ğ1 libre-currency powered by Duniter

Details

• Powerfull and lightweight: more or less still true, but don’t be pretentious
• Removed multi-platform: doesn’t work on Windows (#437)
• crypto-currency wallet/client/tool: It is planned to be more than a wallet, with features such as administrating a node
• written with Python: Good to know for developers, but doesn’t bring much, makes the description longer
• Do not mention test currency: first intention is the main currency Ğ1, not sure if there will be one with Duniter v2
• Mention Duniter in addition to Ğ1: {powered, propelled} by Duniter, Ğ1/Duniter
• Now targeting Duniter v2
• based on Substrate blockchain framework: Mention Duniter v2 is based on Substrate blockchain framework: may be too long and to much detailed
• minimalist: would be great to mention this one, not sure if we manage to do that (already the case with CLI, not sure if it can remain the same with a bunch of v2 features and Textual)
• robust
• Interfaces: CLI, TUI, console, mention it? multi-UI, "CLI and TUI/console client"
