wot status: Display precise expiration date of received certifications

wot status command is using wot/lookup to get the received certifications and uids. By crossing them with wot/requirements result, which provides expiresIn field, we could display precise expiration date of received certifications.

Currently received and sent certifications expiration are computed based on their issuance date + 2y × 5min /block.

Not doing it for sent certifications, which requires to do a request per-certifications, which is too much for identities with close to 100 certifications.
