Add 'wot' subcmd to display received and sent certifications

I tested with cgeek, inso, Galuel, jytou and Tortue ids. I had to fix:

• the fact that cgeek gave two results.
• the fact that the check is done with case unsensitive as Galuel id is written with uppercase.

I tested with future members IDs and it seem there is there is issues with identities which have where there is many identities. For instance, with dig, I could found two id. The program may found the one with most certifications or display all of them.

(So, for dig, it's better that the break it's not here).

Furthermore, AlexisLecointe have two certifications from cuckooland. The program should choose the good one.

I merge for now. Bugs will be discovered/reported later and then could be fixed.
