- Adapted base image used for the Debian based builds; so that is uses `bullseye` specifically (equivalent of Debian 12) instead of more recent version by default. - This should fix `GLIBC_2.39 not found` errors when using `Debian 12` or `Ubuntu 22.04` where this newer version of `glibc` could not be installed.
