Gannonce fees field, placeholder not showing as default value 0 is display

The fees field is not clear for user, I first though it was fees for helping the plateform ^^

Showing the placeholder should solve this issue.

How to reproduce : Login Create an ads

Actual result: Fees field is set to 0, giving no clue of what it is.

Expected result: Fees field should show the placeholder.
