Do not ask the user `DUNITER_CHAIN_NAME`

Since we now build a docker image for each network/runtime, there is no need to ask the user DUNITER_CHAIN_NAME which should by default be the one duniter was built for.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
