Meta issues for the list of tasks to complete for the launch of ĞTest Iteration 2

Config

• Set UD value from Ğ1, Set next re-evaluation date (#318 - closed): Set first_ud to 1148 (ĞTest Iteration 1 was set to null, defaulting to 1000)
• UD first reevaluation date should be set
• Set back EPOCH_DURATION_IN_SLOTS to 1 hour
• Set ValidityPeriod to 2 * YEARS
