Duniter looses the connection with IPv6 nodes

It seems there is an issue with contacting IPv6 nodes, and these nodes are regulary getting excluded from documents' transmission because the connection is lost at some time and can't be recovered due to IPv6 connection fail.

Let's prefer DNS, then IPv4, then IPv6 as preference order for reaching a node.
