Here is the plan:
Develop the API in an isolated manner, with unit tests
Add WS2P as an extra API
Disable BMA by default
Add pulling mechanisms to WS2P
Add document pool synchronization
Add network view sharing
Add extra configuration for WS2P (invited peers)
