GitLab: Duniter pipelines never succeed

It seems that the last step avoid the pipeline to succeed. This is annoying because we cannot see if a MR is passing or not, so we can't judge contributions just with the "green light" of a passing test.

In fact, the pipeline must generate the packages to be validated, this is voluntary, so we make sure that the modifications of an MR do not break the build releases process :
