Ubuntu 17.10: missing libgconf-2-4

It seems that this packet is a requirement on Ubuntu 17.10.

changed milestone to %1.7

I have the same issue in Cesium #723

You need to add this line, the Debian control file:

Depends: libgconf-2-4 (>= 3.2.0)

Another issue to fix, in this control file: replace Ğ1 by Ğ1

Another issue to fix, in this control file: replace Ğ1 by Ğ1

It does not seem to work. In "Ubuntu Software", it gets displayed as:
