Automatic startup: DUNITER_SSD_OPTIONS is not placed correctly in OpenRC script

Option DUNITER_SSD_OPTIONS is made for start-stop-daemon command, not for duniter one. It shoud be placed in start_stop_daemon_args, not in command_args in file /etc/init.d/duniter.
