Remove Loki related code
I had issues transpiling Loki related code with yarn 1.13.0.
May I remove this code? Is it still used?
LevelDB have been choose over Loki.
I have been able to built it without this code.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
