duniter-bma should not be a core dependency

It should be a development dependency, because it is required in Unit Tests and used in the final package.

But this should not be a transitive dependency for other projects depending on Duniter. Putting it in devDependencies will avoid the duniter-bma module to be transitevely added to other projects.
