Add of folder ressources/logo/final reflecting the logos in use

A new folder added ressources/logo/final/ with the logos in use (the blue-brown with sand dune).

The files are now stored in 3 folders black, colors and white and named like this: logo . [ large | small ] . [ cesium | cs | empty ] [ .dune ] [ .transparent ] .svg

  • large logos must be used by default, but small logos have bigger strokes to use in small representation lower than 96px.
  • You can choose logo with 3 different text: the full word cesium, the alias Cs or with no text with empty.
  • The dune background may be unclear in some use case so there is logos without the dune.
  • And finally as asked the default logo have a white background for readability, but you may need the logo to be transparent (especialy the black or white logos to be graphic parts for background or small views).

Finally the old .html preview is renamed as proposal.html and the index.html file reflect the logos in use by the project.
