Add isEd bool in ChestData to allow ed/sr25519

We need this before implement Cesium id/pwd wallets

This should not be needed since Elois plan to allow identity to change owner with a call like identity.change_owner_key().

So Cesium id/pwd wallets should not be import in Ğecko, just migrate identity and balance to hd wallet.
