Endpoints' regex improvement
- Change host regex, to support IDN: Internationalized domain names
- Define more compact ipv6 and ipv4 regex
- Define port regex
- Name capturing groups
- Fix/overcome server/host and ipv4 mix up with BMA(S) and GVA endpoints
