Place-holder milestone. The project is slowly switching to maintenance mode, since we are moving to v2 ecosystem with py-polkadot-sdk Python library.

The library is still largely used by Silkaj v0.12, but will most likely be a little bit used by Silkaj v0.20 (v2 ecosystem). A subset is currently used by Tikka, for v1 pubkeys management.
