Strange behaviour on cache refresh when starting cutecoin

The cache is wrongly refreshed :

• The community doesn't seem to refresh its cache because the nodes block was not requested yet
• When the wallet starts refreshing, the community is not returnings the correct "with_tx" transactions because it stills read the cache from previous session
