Remove `blockchain verify` cmd (#351)

We don’t need this command any more, was developed to highlight a bug in Duniter v1, which is fixed in the meantime

Not keeping any code, since it’s very coupled to BMA Can still be retrieved for later implementation of blocks command in #283 (closed)

Close #351 (closed).
