Test prevent sending transaction with 0 as amounts

    !154 (merged) was merged without tests. We should write tests for tx:

    • ensure an amountUD < 1e-6 is not allowed bi Click (commit bda2b8cd)
    • ensure --allSources fails if the issuers pubkey is empty (commit 43fec2fa)
