Keys clean subcommand : Indicate to Structopt that the user must indicate which keypair to delete

Currently StructOpt accepts the clean command without any parameters, so the user does not have the help to indicate which parameters are expected. In most cases, the help does not say that it is necessary to specify a parameter.
