Allow several network modules

Need to :

  • refactor core crates
  • Refine API reservation by allowing multiple modules to reserve the same name under different version intervals
  • Add a sync_module option to the sync subcommand
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
