Fixed the distance-oracle timer service in the deb package.
Added the deb to the Yunohost package close #248 (closed). For now, only the AMD64 deb is stored on IPFS. A version compiled for ARM64 should also be added to ensure compatibility across all architectures bgallois/duniter-v2s_ynh#1.
