tests(live): add sanity tests against gdev live chain

The goal is to execute theses tests on a regular basis against the real gdev storage with a scheduled pipeline.

I ran theses tests against blocks 151325 and 151326, because the last storage fix was applied at block 151326.

As expected, theses tests fail at block 151325 but success at block 151326.
