Install node.js dependency for duniter-ui fails

npm module installation don't work : "package url has wrong format"

Actually, it's not a regression. It's only the .x notation for the version number that doesn't work.

Example: duniter-currency-monit@0.4.x does not work

It's not critical, so it'll be for later.
