[Duniter-UI] Add an option in the settings to prefix your node

When a user wants to install a desktop version of duniter, I think that he does not want to use CLI or to modify config files. That's why I suggest to add an option to prefix the node in the User Interface settings (Network)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
