We might want to provide a tutorial for WSL since it's an easy way to run it on Windows

Agreed, but does such a tutorial exist? If it does, point me to it and I'll either link it or paste it in. If it doesn't, I'll merge as is until someone actually does it. Priority is to remove incorrect information.
