Block list does not refresh

Hi,

On version 1.5+ (maybe 1.4.18+), the block list does not refresh.

To reproduce :

launch Cesium
go to "network" view
note the current block number N
wait a bit. See that while the node list refreshes itself, the block list does not
(some times, I have seen the block list refresh itself for a second or two, and come back to block N when I change the view and come bask to "network").
