The certification button "Ok" is renamed to "Not a member" if a certification
cannot be emited

- Toast are placed on the bottom right
- Generating translations uses lrelease instead of QtChoose

- Transactions order by date was not correct ( issue #123 )
- From transactions tab, the transfers dialog call was wrong
