commands.py

- retrieve pubkey amounts from outside display f().
- rename argument from "pubkey" –> "pubkeys".
- allows passing many pubkeys as argument.
- display pubkeys amounts in a loop.
- display add-up at the end whether several pubkeys have been specified.
