Embed oracle in node as subcommand
Make the distance oracle a duniter's subcommand, to make distribution and installation easier.
Duniter client would, given a --distance-oracle option, automatically run the oracle as a separate process.

Please refrain from doing modification starting 9.50pm since the gitlab support level doesn’t afford to be put in maintenance mode. I’ll do my best to prevent loss of data either way
Migration had to be interrupted due to a too big backup. It will be retried after some cleanup of the unused data. Everything should be back to normal.
