bug: identity explicitly revoked stay in the ud accounts storage

Scenario to reproduce:

• Create an identity, confirm it, and add enouth certs to validate this identity

• Revoke this identity

• Get the ud account storage for this identity

• write a test to reproduce

• write a fix

The fix would require a big refactoring, maybe it's better to directly implement manual ud creation!
