iOS support changes and mobile fixes

Changes for iOS 11 support (status bar) which includes:

• Update to Ionic 1.3.5
• Update of cordova-plugin-statusbar to 2.4.2
• Added "viewport-fit=cover" to "viewport" meta tag cf https://blog.ionicframework.com/ios-11-checklist/

Also:

• Added NSCameraUsageDescription for iOS
• CSS adjustment for left menu's top header on iOS
• Added icons and splash screens for iOS

Still to be fixed (but not iOS related):

• Tablets support (strangely on tablets lot of buttons (even desktop ones) are missing in landscape mode (probably affects both iOS and Android tablets))
• Fix on the map view on mobile (never worked, even with the website - affects both Android and iOS)
• Fix on unable to go to money section after having opened the messages section on smartphones (both Android and iOS issue)
