Using runner tag 'poetry-56' replacing test-3.5 job load

Requires Python 3.6.8
Remove test job

- Will be removed from GitLab v13.0

- Build and tests jobs weren't triggered when the code was changing

- Kept for pyinstaller because unmaintained and lazy to search

- Try using same only files block changes to trigger tests-3.7 and pages jobs
- Otherwise, pages job could think tests-3.7 does not exists

- 'poetry run' no longer needs `--`.

- one runner takes 3.{5,6} jobs and the other takes 3.{7,8} jobs

- Checks: build, format
- Use Black installed from Docker image v3.8
- tests: Pytest for Python v3.5, 3.6, 3.7 (+ coverage), and 3.8
- Coverage published to GitLab Pages once tests-3.7 job is done
